Decommission or move older equipment, (inclusive of loading encryption software where needed along with MS Prof Office suite modules, etc. ? Troubleshoot and repair specific needs at a minimum of second tier desktop or network level ? Assisting LAN manager in implementation of custom configurations Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required: ? Demonstrate thorough knowledge and practical experience in desktop, laptop imaging, setup and deployment in a networked environment ? Demonstrate thorough knowledge of deployment of individual and network printer devices ? Demonstrate thorough knowledge in desktop/network diagnostic and resolution skills ? Demonstrate knowledge and practical experience of imaging and loading various software applications ? Demonstrate knowledge and practical experience of determining access to resources (printers, files, folders, etc) ? Configuration and deployment of individual and networked printers within the network is required ? Demonstrate knowledge and practical experience in security settings and practices ? Demonstrate knowledge and practical experience in protocols and services (browsers, e-mail/calendar) ? Demonstrate knowledge and practical experience in setup of mobile devices such as phones ? Ability to work under minimal supervision once tasks are assigned ? Security conscious, and customer focused ? Excellent customer service skills Other Requirements: ? Windows XP, Win7 ?
