Strong conceptual understanding of systems development lifecycle, data processing, and data structures. Develops business processes as they relate to IT services and focuses on the analysis, definition, and logical design of hardware/software systems. Experience with requirements gathering and modeling processes (UML) and tools (e.g. Rational, eaSPARX). Experience administering SharePoint sites. Expertise in reportiing using tools including MS Access and SQL Server. Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead a group to a consensus of priorities and business decisions. Responsibilities: Collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to elicit user and technical requirements through methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. Analyzes requirements, resolve requirements conflicts, and create functional and technical requirement specifications. Assesses and communicates issues of technology impact on the business. Maintenance of SharePoint sites, including adding and configuring web parts and user rights management. Development of internal processes related to IT services.
