Specifically, the Application Developer will work with the DCAMM IT team and the business SMEs in continuing development and rollout of our ECM platform. This position will play a critical technical role on this project and must be an expert in the OnBase environment. The Application Developer will work closely with the Business Analyst and the Project Manager on the team to understand the requirements and desired outcomes of assigned issues. The Application Developer may also engage with end users, Business owners and Subject Matter Experts to determine their needs data needs and integration requirements. Responsibilities: • Design & Development of Workflow and Workview solutions with OnBase Document Management System • Design and development of Dashboards using OnBase • Designing and Developing Unity Scripts • HL7 Integration • IIS Administration • Running ad-hoc queries against SQL Server & Oracle Databases for analysis • Create and maintain project technical documentation • Take ownership of assigned system issues, modifications or improvements from solution design and testing • Support the technical implementation of each project phase to delivery date. Participate in defining technical requirements. • Support data migration and integration with other IT applications and data bases to support project goals • Conduct system testing and UAT for each individual rollout, implementation and migration • Support the Technical Lead with the communication of statuses and risks of issues to business stakeholders and users • Collaborate with the DCAMM IT implementation team and the Agency representatives for early requirements verification sessions, system configuration discussion and development • Support the design and review of technical architecture, including logical, physical, data and infrastructure Qualifications: • Certifications: OnBase System Admin / API / Workflow / Workview (Version 16 or above) • Expertise in Unity Scripts, Unity Forms • Strong knowledge of OnBase Object Model and SQL queries • Experience with Reporting Server and Dashboards • Expert Knowledge of Windows operating system • Experience working in Healthcare Provider organization • Strong verbal / written communication skills • Strong analytical skills including business process modeling, system requirements analysis • Excellent problem solver with the ability to keep many driving factors and requirements in focus • Consistent attention to detail • At least 10 years of experience supporting enterprise applications including web based solutions for internet • Excellent interpersonal, communications and analysis skills, planning and organizational proficiency and good business judgment. • Familiarity with IT business practices and be able to interface and integrate with IT and Agency functional areas • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Bachelors degree required   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
