Scope of Work Within the existing technical environment, infrastructure and framework, provide maintenance development effort under the direction of OSPI Application Development Leadership and the ICOS business owner, in support of ICOS. This procurement is for an initial term ending June 30th, 2020 that will initially require only part time support of a single developer. During the term of this contract, OSPI may require fewer or more contractors depending on policy changes, legislative action, priorities and deliveries. All contractors provided now or in the future under this contract are expected to be billed at this single rate and are expected to have the experience, skills and abilities commiserate with senior or expert level developers. This blended rate will be in effect for the duration of this contract and any amendment. Vendors may ONLY propose one (1) contractor in response to this solicitation. c. Period of Performance Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be for an initial term ending June 30th, 2020 and may be extended at the sole discretion of OSPI two (2) times, each extension for an additional term of one (1) year. Funding for this contract will be initially for the first State Fiscal year ending 06/30/2019. During the term of this contract, the contract will be amended annually to include additional funding for the upcoming State Fiscal Year as available. d. Work Requirements Contractors engaged in this contract will be expected to work within the .NET framework and MS-SQL for application development and: • Provide technical application design, development, testing and implementation servies. • Be available during core business hours at the workstation assigned by OSPI at the OSPI Application Development work site. Resources associated with this contract are expected to work on-site. • Participate in weekly work prioritization meetings. • Complete accurate estimates for all deliverables assigned. • Complete all development for all deliverables assigned. • Develop test plans for deliverables as directed. • Execute test plans as directed. • Document all development work in accordance with the defined work management process. • Provide technical support to the OSPI Customer Support Team as directed.Deliverables Contractors engaged in this contract will be expected to work within the .NET framework and MS-SQL for application development and: • Provide technical application design, development, testing and implementation servies. • Be available during core business hours at the workstation assigned by OSPI at the OSPI Application Development work site.
