Candidate Profile: - Requires a lot of close work with current resources, and need people who will come in and hit the ground running. Month-month maintenence but also helping with the migrations. - Analyzing large sets of data. SQL for querying and validate data. - My SQL, Teradata, whatever tool works, data itself comes from claims and upstream systems. - Definitely wants healthcare experience, must have. - Data Analyst will be working directly with Agile teams, 2 week sprints and use Rally for those sprints deliverables and User Stories. Visio not as important here. She does want the DA to have experience with some sort of tracking tool (Jira, TFS, Rally, VersionOne, etc.) - Open to a mixture of different levels with the 3 openings. Open to Mid and Sr. Level. Team Culture: - This team has been together for a really long time, 4 years together. Highly technical. This team used to be solely in Minnesota but the hiring manager resides in Connecticut so they do have people remote. They have gotten used to the fact that people dont always sit right next to each other. As a team, they have daily scrum calls, and meet every other week (retrospectives) to talk about new technologies, how they are doing, etc. very welcoming team, they engage well with new people.
