The State has deployed a virtual assistant to support program questions. The virtual assistant includes the development of a self-service conversational bot, based on pre-determined frequently asked questions (FAQs), to help customers access key information about the human services programs in the State. The virtual assistant includes the following: • Up to 200 FAQs converted into a conversational FAQs with customers; and • Functional content design, business insights, and application support to the State. 2. Scope of Work & Deliverables: • In Scope Vendor shall maintain a Virtual Assistant for the State in accordance with the following specifications: • Vendor will maintain a conversational, self-service chat bot to interface via a webchat and Facebook Messenger; • The Virtual Assistant operates atop the States ServiceNow Virtual Assistant Platform; • The Virtual Assistant will use a set of up to 200 pre-determined FAQs or Intents from the State for the program areas of Families First, SNAP, Child Care, Child Support, Vocational Rehabilitation and COVID-19 related programs; • The Virtual Assistant will support English only; • The Virtual Assistant will interface with, and be accessible from the State website currently providing human services information; • ADA or Section 508 testing will be addressed and resolved within the limitations of the ServiceNow platform; and • Vendor will conduct weekly meetings with the team via MS Teams or the States preferred telecommunications application to review progress and address usage and updates relating to the implementation of the Virtual Assistant. • Vendor will implement and run the State Virtual Assistant for 12 months initially. • Deliverables • Weekly Status Report from Vendor to the State to be delivered in an electronic mail format. • Daily Reporting Call Center Metrics • Weekly Test Results Report   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
