Objective 1: Complete a comprehensive review of the Enrollment Management functions of North Dakota State College of Science. This should include, but is not limited to, the admission processes, recruitment practices, marketing strategies, and retention functions of the NDSCS. ? Objective 2: Provide a written report and oral presentation of findings that identify areas that are highly proficient as well as areas in which NDSCS can improve to enhance recruitment, marketing, and retention. ? Objective 3: Provide NDSCS with a report that includes information about enrollment management best practices and other strategies that could be implemented to reach enrollment goals. Specifically, the report should address increasing enrollment in career and technical programs at the Wahpeton location and increasing FTE enrollment at the Fargo location. 3.4 Experience and References Required Experience Offerors shall have an understanding of Strategic Enrollment Management and experience working with other two-year colleges of similar in size and location to NDSCS. Organizational Experience Offerors shall include in their proposal, as a minimum: ? A brief organizational history, number of years in existence, number of employees, approximate number of annual projects, any other information that would assist in evaluating the overall standing of the organization. The organization must be in good fiscal standing. Include an organizational chart outlining the management structure. ? An explanation of the services the agency typically provides and the percent of business in each area. ?
