The Sales Compensation Business Readiness Support Manager will do this through strong business governance and proactive engagement with Business Sales Strategy & Planning leaders. Sales Compensation Business Readiness Support Manager is accountable for the end to end Readiness process (Quota Deploymentprocess) for AMS Sales Compensation ensuring sales reps are set up for incentive pay. The Sales Compensation Business Readiness Support Manager will do this through strong business governance and proactive engagement with Business Sales Strategy & Planning leaders. During Readiness (Quota Deployment) Work in strong Partnership with Business Groups (BG) to ensure timely and quality Quota deployment milestones are met - Act as a Support Manager to support BG / Sales Compensation on any Quota Deployment needs, remove roadblocks, Manage AMS BG issues (open Defects or CR and ensure proper support and prioritization from WW Team) On-going BG End-User training and communications During Readiness (After Quota Deployment till sales reps move to variable pay) Support on any BG Post Lockdown change activities Ensure BG Sales Letter deadlines can be met: support on any issues related to Sales Letter generation, engage with BG / Sales Compensation to accelerate Sales Letter creation and release to Reps , Progress tracking, Support (if possible) on Sales Letter / Quota Quality Ensure BG Open to Sales (Published sales letters visible in the "MyComp" tool) and Move to Variable (MTV) deliverables can be met : Business dedicated support and coordination point, work with all stakeholders to ensure to remove roadblocks and ensure timely and quality OTS and MTV After Readiness (ongoing Support) Delivers Analytics - Collaborate on Readiness post Mortem Ensures compliance with policies. Supports country audit as needed. Support BG on reporting requirements, knowledge gaps and any issues related to Anaplan Responsibilities Ownership of the Sale Readiness for AMS Sales Compensation Streamlines and models complete Sales Comp Readiness process to optimize for efficiencies and remove bottlenecks Conducts retrospectives; engages with stakeholders to identify strategic direction/opportunities and initiate & drive the Business Group Sales Comp Readiness tools improvement projects Integrates business processes across multiple functions to represent end-2-end sales value chain Drives Escalation management, metrics/KPI- dashboard/alert systems to flag process issues Manages communications across organization levels as required Education and Experience First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred Typically 6-10 years of related experience in IT/business operations Consulting experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
