Here are the details: Position: LMS Project Manager Location: Cambridge, MA Duration: 6+ month rolling contract Rate: Negotiable based on experience Job Description/Responsibilities: The HRIT Team within Biogen Information Technology (IT) focuses on Application Design, Development, and Testing of Biogen IT Solutions. This role will be responsible for IT Delivery Leadership of a newly improved Learning Management System (LMS), SAP SuccessFactors and its eco system: configuration, migration, integration, reporting and testing This role leads the efforts across all technical workstreams to ensure on-time & on-budget delivery to support the overall project objectives. The technical delivery teams will be a combination of Internal resources, system integrator resources, and (potentially) SAP SuccessFactors resources. This role will provide leadership for coordinating all technical workstreams & be the point of escalation for technical issues (i.e. identify resources, deliverables, durations and dependencies, but also help resolve project issues and risks in a timely fashion) • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams and IT teams to understand the end-to-end business processes, functional as well as technical requirements. • Align both the functional and technical teams to ensure scope is synched between both areas • Work with sponsors & customers in order to o define technical scope, timelines o manage the timely delivery of the project o report project progress • Work with the implementation partner/IT resources & SAP to align with the Biogen SDLC and Operating Model • Map processes, document business requirements, review technical specifications, document business scenario for testing as well as review technical test scripts, coordinate cut-over… • Thought leader and driver for learning related technologies. Qualifications/Requirements: • MS or BS in Information Management or relevant experience in the field • Experience working on larger programs and complex solutions, preferably in life sciences space. • Experience with validated Saas SAP Success Factors Implementations • Experience with validated systems • Experience with Data Migration, Reporting, Integration delivery • Experience working across the lifecycle of Information Technology projects, such as assessment and analysis, strategy & roadmap, architecture, build & deployment, management, etc. • Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to internal and external teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Ability to work with all levels, including executive-level with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
