The PC will need to assist with the start-up, build and management of a newly developed VMB (visual management board). Responsibilities: Managing and providing PM support around monthly financial reporting, risk and issue management, VMB, etc. Manage Portfolio Level Financials (collect forecasts from PMs, ensure forecast quality assurance, roll up variance explanations to portfolio level, facilitate financial monthly financial review meetings) Manage Control Plan Meeting Management (Project/Portfolio level status meetings) Potential additional PC responsibilities: Report on trends/aged/items/triggers escalation Comply with PC standard work and guidelines Support best practices (agile, requirements, and testing methodologies) Qualifications: Mandatory experience/exposure as a PC or PM managing a project/program within an Agile area with dev Lines. Candidates must have experience in supporting a program in an Agile environment, as well as managing day to day activities (VMB).
