This multi-phase program will bring stakeholders across the organization into a single governance structure for entitlements & role management as well as centralize core and critical assets to one strategic platform. Responsibilities of the role include: • Provides support to the Enterprise Entitlement Management (ERM) programs Access-Based Access Controls (ABAC) framework for business-to-IT mappings. • Acts as the subject-matter expert (SME) in entitlement management and as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex ABAC problems to be solved with automated systems. • Sets and monitors entitlement life-cycle management standards, best practices and systems necessary to ensure the protection of confidentiality of informational assets. • Resolves entitlement related questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares dashboards and periodic reporting for management. • Acts as an internal ABAC consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of information technology experience and 1+ year of management or leadership experience, in a technology environment preferably in the ABAC framework. • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and terminology. Desired Qualifications • Understanding and experience of Identity and Access Management (IAM) • Familiarity of Oracle Identity Management, Active Directory, Top Secret , SQL Developer • Experience managing and leading discussions virtually • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important. • Strong passion for coaching and developing team members along with the ability and desire to stay “hands-on” in the processes.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
