Troubleshoot user access to standardize software from the DBHDD image, i.e., MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn, encryption, etc. Troubleshoot computer peripheral devices: printers, scanners, MDF, monitors, keyboard, mice etc. Setup and install computers for new hire onboardings. Proficient in Win 7 and Win 10, and Office 365. Experienced in troubleshoot issues on end user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and Surface Pros.
