Description:

The offeror shall develop a project work plan containing a comprehensive description of all activities and tasks to be conducted during a contract resulting from this RFP.

The proposed project work plan must be consistent with federal regulations and state requirements.

The proposed project work plan must include the proposed methods to develop evaluation methodologies consistent with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) protocols. The project work plan must provide a detailed description and proposed timeline of all tasks. Project work plan must include a provision of monthly activity reports that describe the tasks undertaken, tasks completed and other key aspects of the project to include proposed timeline for Purchasing Agency to review required reports prior to their submission deadlines for CMS. The successful offeror shall complete and submit to Purchasing Agency all CMS required reports within five working days of any CMS deadline, as required during the PERM review, according to federal and state requirements.
