Facilitate meeting discussions between business users, business analysts and technical analysts. Document organizational policies and procedures in the context of system requirements. Work with technical staff and business users to problem-solve and identify workable solutions. Develop workflows that demonstrate current and proposed business requirements. Prioritize the individual work load that involves multiple project assignments and deadlines. Create and execute test cases, test scripts, data sets and user procedures. Ensure testing results correspond to the Business and System Requirements. Work with team leads, technical staff and key users to identify, track and manage project issues as they arise. Answer questions and inquiries about system functionality. Provide user support, including training, help and instructions. Required Skills: * Must have five (5) or more years experience (current within the last year) as an IT Business Systems Senior Analyst. * Must have two (2) or more years experience (current within the last year) in medical claims processing for a Medicaid, Medicare, or Health Insurance agency. * Must have five (5) or more years experience working with business clients and technical staff to develop business requirements for computer application modifications. * Must have five (5) or more years experience writing detailed Business and System Requirements Documents, Gap Analysis Documents, Test Cases, and User Guides. * Must have five (5) or more years experience developing workflows that demonstrate current and proposed business and system requirements. * Must have five (5) or more years experience, writing and executing test scripts, test cases, data sets and user procedures. * Must be proficient in speaking and writing in the English language is required. * Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to gather and provide information effectively, regardless of audience. * Must be able to work well within a team environment and have exceptional collaborative skills. Must be service oriented with strong interpersonal skills with all levels of business and technical staff. * Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio. * Must have strong organization, planning, problem solving, and decision making skills. * Must be self-motived, able to manage multiple assignments, and meet required deadlines.
