Ability to work with subject matter experts as well as internal and external stakeholders in order to both document and validate project execution processes. 3. Knowledge of the management of concurrent large project / program management best practices and SDLC considerations appropriate for multi-year, multi-release, concurrent project solution delivery. 4. Ability to consult with senior level decision-makers on an on-going basis, to develop long-range and or short-range strategic alternatives. 5. Ability to solve problems of high complexity and serve as a key resource to others. 6. Experienced in the planning, design, development, testing, evaluation, implementation and maintenance of healthcare delivery systems. 7. Knowledge of Medicaid and experience in the implementation of Medicaid Management Information Systems. 8.
