Job Description : Responsible for assisting and supporting the business in the administration, development, maintenance, documentation, and training on internal tools and business services. This include the entire Risk Adjustment product suite supporting a scaled agile work flow using JIRA and Confluence. Responsibilities include: evaluation, recommendation, implementation and documentation of new and improved production workflows, work processes for systems, and reporting objects to improve business operations and evolution of product suite. • Assist and support in the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of application lifecycle development / PPM (Program & Portfolio Mgt.) tools and supporting business processes. • Assist with documentation, training, and roll out of product lifecycle development and supporting business processes. • Assist personnel (both internal and external) by answering questions, supplying information and training. • Represent department and division as requested on work groups and special assignments. • Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with business partners. 1 Expertise using JIRA software 2 Expertise using Confluence software 3 Expertise in agile scaling including SAFe • Experience and expertise in business and systems analytics • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to lead and contribute to process improvement programs. • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact with all levels of all personnel. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as business requirements, CMS regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
