Responsibilities include: •Maintenance of EDC metadata •Regular audit of metadata to analyze and fix inconsistencies of key data points in the EDC environments •Own the EDC education program and training materials •Gather business requirements and determine best solution to address those in the EDC framework and in compliance with global governance principles •Identify opportunities to maximize the information asset accessibility and usage •Act as first level functional support for EDC application or EDC content requests •Work with business to identify assets to be tagged with glossary terms, facilitate and execute tagging accordingly As EDC Subject Matter Expert he/she assists with EDC implementation and education across all business units: develops, communicates, documents training materials regarding data standards and procedures for EDC metadata configuration, maintenance and usage. Partners with change management and HR organizations as relevant to design and execute EDC education programs. Work closely with stakeholders to improve the accessibility and use of metadata and data assets available in EDC, support and promote best practices of data standards, quality and governance in the EDC framework, partnering with the global data governance lead for continuous improvement and effectiveness of enterprise data assets governance.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
