In addition to typical QA Lead activities like planning, tracking team execution, estimating/coordinating QA activities and reporting, you will be an active member of your domains agile team and perform QA activities like analyzing stories, writing/executing test cases and documenting defects for application systems, programs, functions, services, and other related software components in response to the enterprise need for high quality. Lead Activities Leadership and testing experience throughout the software lifecycle including managing test cases, defects, metrics, and status reporting Lead, guide and monitor analysis, design, implementation and execution of test cases Evaluate team QA resources and leverage their strengths to meet team goals Coordinate on-shore and off-shore QA activities, which may require off-hours calls Track defect status and priority to ensure re-testing occurs in a timely manner Embrace change and manage shifting program priorities Work with Scrum Masters to document sprint progress and results using key metrics Champion and implement processes that infuse quality into the early stages of product development Understand how test automation can be leveraged to improve overall quality and speed of regression testing and to reduce risk Work with release management tools to understand when expected code will be delivered to a test environment Assist with program planning for non-functional testing (load/performance, security, DR, etc) Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives Contribute to your QA teams performance reviews Be a servant leader to your QA team Work closely with other domain QA Leads to ensure proper integration testing is exercised QA Activities Collaborate with agile team in planning, estimating and committing to sprint QA activities Plan and review strategies to test features and stories with team Collaborate with POs and BAs to understand feature and story conditions of acceptance and gain sign-off of written test cases Create, estimate and update QA tasks during the sprint Coordinate with off-shore QA team members to hand-off work as needed, may require off-hours calls Demo completed features and stories to POs and business Clearly document system defects with repeatable steps to reproduce Re-test resolved defects by re-testing the original test case and related functionality Regression test previous sprint test cases to ensure new functionality isnt impacting application quality Report on progress in daily scrum stand-ups, raising issues, risks and blocks quickly Actively participate in sprint retrospectives to improve team, agile and QA processes Ensure traceability throughout the QA process Basic Requirements 5+ years of technical and quality leadership testing enterprise level software 5+ years of experience developing test plans and test strategies for enterprise level software Experience with Agile development methodologies Ability to work in a large, matrix environment Strong attention to detail and focus on root-cause analysis Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through past experience and results Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Skilled at leading meetings and making presentations A great attitude Other requirements Experience writing SQL queries Experience te   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
