DCF does not pay for travel time or reimburse for travel expenses. Description : This request is for an Application Architect III to support Wisconsin Child Support systems. This position will be responsible for architecting multi-layered object-oriented analysis and design deliverables, developing and supporting web applications in a Microsoft web application architecture utilizing ASP.Net and a DB2 database The Division of Family & Economic Security, Bureau of Child Support Services uses several web applications to manage the various aspects of the program. These applications include: wiKIDS, Child Support Online Services (CSOS) for participant financial and personal information; Lien Docket Web for Lien information; and License Certification Web professional license information. This position will also provide application architecture expertise and leadership for the Child Support Systems Modernization project and other federally mandated, state budget and administrative projects. Project duties will be to work as a lead architect providing technical skills, consultation, mentoring, and support as a part of a team to develop and maintain child support applications in a Microsoft environment using web tools and techniques. Project duties will also include completing and/or reviewing deliverables for all phases of the system development life cycle: project planning, requirements, analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, development of user documentation, training materials and help screens. This position includes providing on-call support. Priority will be given to candidates with child support application development experience.
