Handles and leads the most complex or critical data/ database management initiatives that typically involve multiple disciplines and multiple business groups, including responsibility for application architecture, design, integration, and/or data modeling. As the recognized technical expert, consults extensively with multiple client groups to provide strategic solutions, influencing long-range internal and enterprise-level system architecture and management strategies. Serves as a consultant on technological advancements. Provides oversight, mentoring and leadership to less experienced staff. May represent the organization as an external spokesperson. Additional responsibilities include: Creation of intuitive meaningful static and online reporting Create online dynamic reports and dashboards that provide users with self-serve capabilities Source data for to be used in the for the BI dashboards, canned reports, data extracts, and ad hoc requests Ensure the reports produced are accurate and timely Profile data to ensure it is of quality for reports Review queries to ensure they are optimized Required Qualifications / Desired Qualifications 5+ years of experience using Business Intelligence architecture and development skills, primarily Microstrategy. Tableau experience desired 4+ years of experience with SQL, Teradata 4+ years of reporting and analysis SAS experience is desired but not required Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to design intuitive meaningful static and online reporting Extensive experience driving risk reporting and related metrics.
