The individual will: * Meet with the county staff, HP and the eSAR team to build interface requirements * Build an interface in ASC X12 278 Version (005010X217) * Work with HP Application Architect and SME Application Developer of eQuest on level detailed designs for the interface * Provide interface documentation * Assist in Interface Testing and resolve issues found during UAT * Participate on weekly conference call with HP, County and the eSAR representatives * Provide post production support as needed * Be committed to deliver quality work within project timelines (TBD) Position Details: Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design. Occasionally responsible for providing a detailed technical design for enterprise solutions. Understands a broad spectrum of company technology in order to provide part or all of a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements. Develop solutions using a variety of integration technologies and approaches Skills: * In-depth knowledge of: * Experience with Middleware platforms is a plus * Experience with SOAP, HL7, .NET and relational database * Full understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) X12 transactions * Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment as well as on individual tasks * Two years minimum working knowledge related to X12 Companion Guide * Three years minimum working experience with X12 transactions sets ASC X12 278 (005010X217) * Three years of software integration building and has working experience of SOAP/HTTPS * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Good to have: Experience in data analytics. * Good to have: Security modelling and Auditing of both Web, mobile and stand-alone applications. * Good to have: Networking skills. * Good to have: Work experience in agile projects. * Participates as a member of development team or teams; may lead a small development team. * Designs units for others. Completes development to implement complex components. * Contributes to design activities; may design solutions. * Develops independently; participates in code reviews and may lead code reviews.
