Now owns Axway and Rightfax. Team is still learning and new to the space so there is a lot of opportunity to learn different technologies. Reason for Need: This will be the backfill. They havent done much with Right fax in several years. Planning an upgrade after peak season in March 2021. He thinks they are on version 10 and going to 16 but will get back to us on that. Nice to Haves: • RightFax is secure mail system – used often in Healthcare when working with PHI. Healthcare experience • He will look at people that dont have RightFax that are willing to learn. However – RightFax experience will stand out. If not, other supporting infrastructure/middleware systems. • Someone who has done migration work as they will be helping with this upgrade in the new year • Network experience also helpful • 5 plus years of experience in infrastructure support/admin/engineering work • Architecture/road mapping experience is helpful • Soft skills – Dave wants to be a hands off manager. People who are self-sufficient, work well with others (no conflict) and can communicate with other IT users and stakeholders. Day to Day: • Supporting the SN tickets – not much volume (less than 10 each day) • Will be a mix of engineering but also owning the service from an admin and support level. This person is the SME. • RightFax isnt only technology they will work on. Based off their background and areas of interest and expertise the rest of their days will be flexible but they must be open to learning and taking on new tools as well.
