Creates the engineering guides for account on boarding based on BUR Architecture designs Monitors and performs Capacity & Performance management of the BUR infrastructure. Maintains the Billing & Reporting solution for the BUR environment. Establishes maintenance standards and procedures for the BUR infrastructure, including monitoring Firmware releases, software releases & patches. Testing of firmware releases, software, and patches as required. Establishing Upgrade plans and rollouts for new software and hardware. Works with other capabilities (e.g. network, server administration, switches, firewalls, etc.), to integrate BUR requirements into the other capabilities for deployment. As well as assess the impact of Non BUR infrastructure significant changes to the BUR capability. Establishes & maintains the default backup policies. Perform Problem Management, to ensure engineering to zero defects. Define & develop account standard reporting. Ongoing Vendor Relationship.
