You will support quality assurance for our clients, who include some of the largest lenders in the United States. In this hands-on quality assurance role, you will help Fiserv to deliver the next generation lending experience for our clients. This role specifically supports Fiservs loan Common Origination Platform (COP). Business Description: Fiserv is focused on delivering an optimal lending experience. Essential Job Responsibilities: 1. Work as an individual contributor with minimum support from Management 2. Hands on in analyzing product development design and articulate expected testing approach. 3. Responsible for writing detailed test plans, test scenarios and test cases based on detailed requirements 4. Build traceability matrixes to support test case creation 5. Create, originate, underwrite, and close test loans. 6. Write and execute Blackbox, Smoke, System, Functional, Business flow and Regression test cases 7. Responsible for identifying, capturing, and managing system defects 8. Collaborate with other functional teams on aspects of the feature or sub-system 9. Frequently interfaces with Development, Project Managers and Business Analysts team members 10. Verification of compliance and loan documentation 11. Leads small to medium size projects and reports status 12. Adherence to all ISO 9000 and 9001 standards 13. Be proactive to take new initiative and drive it to completion 14. Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize risk 15. Perform other duties as required. Required Qualifications: Job Related Experience: • Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in fast-paced software industry with an in-depth understanding of QA methodologies • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working on Consumer, Commercial, Equity or Mortgage loan origination products. • Good knowledge of current regulatory climates and its impacts on the lending process. • Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience dealing with 3rd party integration partner (i.e. credit, desktop underwriting, mortgage insurance, flood, etc…) testing • Actual experience working for a Lender preferred • Experience with lending regulatory documentation preferred Additional Skills/Knowledge: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of front-end and back-end applications • Ability to document and track defects, as well as produce detailed reports using defect tracking tools • Familiarity with software development lifecycles • Understanding of Object Oriented design and methodologies • Worki   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
