Defect repair, and development efforts will include but are not limited to: Washington Integrated Nutrition System (WINS), CNPWeb, and all software tools, to include any federal data collections or reporting processes associated with Child Nutrition. This procurement will result in a single vendor engaged to provide resources to provide defect repair and development efforts on-site at OSPIs Olympia office. *Required Skills: *Estimate, gain agreement and document with the project manager or assigned designee written assignments and due dates. *Work within the .NET framework and MS-SQL for application development. *Provide technical application design, development, testing and implementation services. *Be available during core business hours at the workstation assigned by OSPI at OSPI Application Development work site. Resources associated with this contracare expected to work on-site. *Participate in weekly work prioritization meetings. *Complete accurate estimates for all deliverables assigned. *Complete all development for all deliverables assigned. *Develop test plans for deliverables as directed. *Execute test plans as directed. *Document all development work in accordance with the defined work manage process. *Complete security training on OSPI policy and systems. *Comply with the Washington State OCIO Network and Security Requirements Outlined in the OCIO, Securing Information Technology Assets Standards.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
