Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 5 years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study This position involves extensive travel and may involve working weekends and working extended hours. Role Description: The ideal candidate will have experience in a teaching/training/mentoring role. This individual will identify, document and assess application issues/defects with proprietary product. Contractor should have prior customer service experience. This individual will have familiarity and/or skilled experience in programming & databases. Resource will identify & manage issues, risks and action items for proprietary application. Actively contribute as an expert or actual designer. This requirement is for a project to support existing and new users in rollout, enhancements and design of NJKids.
