Facilitate collaboration with and between Construction, Operations and System Performance to achieve monthly build goals; Serves as single-point of contact, between the Verizon Wireless Management and construction managers and vendors. Track project status and effectively communicating status to all teams by way of frequent conference calls/meetings and written correspondence. Manage One CQ process for carrier add projects once NTP has been issued. Maintains databases/records for each site worked. Constantly monitor database completion by other groups. Work with Operations to determine desired course of action (external vs. internal) for integrations. If external, coordinate issuance of PO and manage their work/deliverables. Ensures contractors and/or CMs follow all stipulations of NTP. Includes, but is not limited to environmental monitoring, tribal monitoring, access regulations, etc. Providing oversight of construction execution on all assigned construction projects. Must be able to maintain and manage contractor and vendor relationships. Assuring that work is performed in accordance with Verizons specifications and requirements. Host regular status meetings with CMs. Attend/run weekly Verizon Wireless hosted project status meetings to provide project updates, risks, and status of each project assigned. Reports project status and performance data as required to management. Bachelors degree preferred, but not required; 2-4 years of wireless industry experience required; Requires strong understanding of project management, workflow management and interpersonal communication; Intermediate knowledge of wireless construction process/procedures preferred; Requires system knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures; Leads and directs the work of others.
