Description :

Provide digital dashboard in the AWS Cloud that meets or exceeds the presumptive parole data requirements.
Extend use to allow for further collaborations between the offender, the employer community, community
treatment partners, and the MDOC to provide information, workflow, and management of services through a
consolidated dashboard that can be accessed from any computer or mobile device for presumptive parole and other
other parole candidates.
Provide support services for the software platform. Platform should be ADA compliant.
Services include but not limited to:
• Add field(s) to record pertinent sentencing information
• Add field(s) to record relevant disciplinary record

Develop custom reports / analytics to show inmate readiness for presumptive parole as date approaches
(e.g. red / yellow / green)
• Development of automated tests to confirm continuous operation of the above enhancements as new
functionality is added to the platform
• Adapt existing batch enrollment scripts to automatically create baseline records for individuals based on
data provided from OffenderTrak, to be fully populated by the reentry team
• Introductory one hour webinar to orient the project team to the solution
• Workshop to determine precise workflow, standard operating procedures, data fields and other detailed
requirements (e.g. red / yellow / green scoring). Workshop to be held in person.
• Training for relevant MDOC staff involved in reentry preparation; delivered virtually.
• Training for relevant Parole Board staff / members, delivered virtually.
• Training for parole/probation officers, delivered virtually.
• Right to re-produce training materials for your own internal purposes (e.g to support train-the-trainer).
• Training videos
• Technical assistance with standardized case plan component configuration
• Technical assistance with organization configuration within the software platform
• On-going weekly or bi-weekly support calls to ensure the application is functioning as planned
• Quick Start wallet card design customized the application. Unlimited reproduction rights at your expense.
• Geo-coding and upload of a service provider database / list provided by MDOC and selected partners
• Sort and remove or deprioritize records of cases that are disqualified from presumptive parole based on known
conditions
• Provide staff with prioritization guidance to know which records to focus on to achieve the highest pass rate
• Implement automated workflows to manage the entry, approval and tracking of case plans for drug and
alcohol and educational goals
• Record prosecutor and community objections
Upon successful implementation of the software platform that meets the basic requirements outlined above,
focus on deploying the following requirements to include but not limited to:
• Reports on obtaining employment (custom report on existing data)
• Reports on employment verification (custom reports on existing data tools)
• Parolee ability to conduct remote parole visits through the software platform
• Parolee ability to do check-ins for employment verification, curfew checks, treatment verification
• Parolee ability to sign up for educational and vocational programs
• Inmate / parolee ability to connect to potential employers
• Ability for employers to search for inmate / parolee candidate employees matching a particular profile
• Ability to broadcast job opportunities to parolees (or inmates) and support online application through the
software platform
• Ability to push a survey to parolees to g
