Job Description Administrator: SAP BW 7.0, Microsoft SQL 2008, Netweaver, WIndows 200003

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

The Contractor agrees to perform Professional Services for Data Base Administration Support.
Client is interested only in the results to be achieved by Contractor hereunder.
has no interest in the manner or method Contractor may employ to accomplish the results to be achieved by Contractor hereunder, which shall be left to the sole and exclusive direction and control of Contractor provided that such manner and method conforms with the standards for performance set forth in this Agreement and with all laws, rules and/or regulations applicable to the performance of such services.

The Contractor shall provide Professional Services for Data Base Administration Support on-site with Clients Information Technology staff to provide database tuning, monitoring, configuring, backups, restores, installations, and troubleshooting for Clients databases.

The Contractor shall provide all labor to perform the following:

Provide database tuning, monitoring, configuring, backups, restores, installations, and troubleshooting SAP 6.0, BW 7.0, Netweaver 7.0, and CRM 7.0 using IBM DB2 9.7 databases on IBM AIX 6.1. Estimated work effort 1,100 hours.
? Provide database tuning, monitoring, configuring, backups, restores, installations, and troubleshooting Documentum EDMS using Oracle 10.2.05 on IBM AIX 6.1. Estimated work effort 240 hours.
? Provide database tuning, monitoring, configuring, backups, restores, installations, and troubleshooting to support the upgrade of application databases using Microsoft SQL 2005 to Microsoft SQL 2008. Estimated work effort 300 hours.
Perform database tuning, monitoring, configuring, backups, restores, installations, and troubleshooting database applications using Oracle 9.x and 10.x databases on IBM AIX 6.1 or Windows 2003 or 2008. Estimated work effort 100 hours.
? Develop training documentation and train SMUD DBA to support SAP IBM DB2 databases on IBM AIX 6.1. Estimated work effort 160 hours.
? Develop and maintain IBM DB2 database documentations and standards for support SAP IBM DB2 databases on IBM AIX 6.1. Estimated work effort 100 hours.
