The scope of this project encompasses the following tasks with all work sourcing from the EIS strategic implementation roadmap and assigned directly by the Project Manager: Work closely with the IAM architect and IT staff (e.g. Middle Tier Services, Server Administration, Network Services, etc) in order to engineer IAM solutions and integrations with key systems Interface directly with system engineers and technical specialists from cloud based service providers to enable federated single sign-on (SSO) to SaaS applications Assist in the creation of a self-service password portal for CalPERS domain users Assist in directory integrations between the IAM solution and existing directories Analyze and resolve complex authentication, integration, and automation issues Provide assistance with integrating the identity management authentication and authorization framework into new and existing applications across the entire enterprise Analyze, develop and implement new identity management solutions based upon requirements while ensuring adherence to information security standards, custom development standards and corporate policy Collaborate with other team members across competencies such as PMs, analysts, and consultants Produce documentation that will help to ensure the maintenance and supportability of the IAM solution MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Refer to RFP 2014-7354, Section IV, Vertical 7.0 for minimum qualifications required for this engagement. Furthermore, candidates must possess these requirements: Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software in the Oracle 11gR2 product stack (e.g. OHS, OAM, OAAM, OIM, OUD, OVD, OIF, OID, OIA, OIG, OES, etc) 5+ years of full project lifecycle experience, preferably in a large consulting environment Experience with Oracle Identity prerequisite software: Web Logic Application Server, Oracle database Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting ForgeRock OpenIdM Experience integrating IdM solutions with Mobile Device Management platforms (e.g. XenMobile) Experience with directory integration and virtualization Good working knowledge of the majority of the following products as they relate to a security initiative: IBM DB2, Oracle, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Tivoli Directory Server, Sun Directory Server, IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server/Apache, IIS, WebLogic Application Server, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OBIEE/BI Publisher, Crystal Reports, Jetty, Tomcat Experience with the majority of the following technologies as the relate to a security initiative: LDAP, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, EJB, Web Services, SAML 2.0, SPML, SOAP, XSLT, WS-Security, JDBC, AD FS, Client/Server, VPN Knowledge of various operating systems including Windows, i5/OS, z/OS, HP/UX, AIX, Linux Ability to follow detailed directions, multi-task, perform analytical thinking to complete necessary work Ability to provide quality customer service and work cooperatively with CalPERS staff, contractors, and internal stakeholders Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, research, and personal computer skills Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and identity and access management best practices Ability to create design documents and specifications to be communicated to the stakeholders Ability to troubleshoot and isola   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
