Effectively communicate production expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the IT resources and participants needed to achieve readiness cycle goals. Production support management, defect tracking, daily and weekly reports to stakeholder and IT management Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary during sales readiness cycle. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the product deployment.
