This team provides perimeter network protection for the enterprise network. Must be able to analyze situations, assess risk and determine appropriate actions necessary to remediate risk. Cisco oriented experience is a must. This individual will work with internal technology groups to coordinate deployment of solutions. Must exercise good judgment in the handling of security related matters, must be sensitive to both legal and personnel related ramifications of their actions. Roles & Responsibilities: • Cisco Engineer - All route, switch, wireless and firewall centric experience required • iPad implementation experience a plus • Check Point firewall administration a plus • DNS MACD for Internet, Intranet and network • Domain Name management • Remote access implementation and support for associate SSL, VPN communications • Management of enterprise content load balancers • Design, implementation and support of all business partner secure communications • SNMP-based monitoring and reporting of all supported hardware and communication channels • Participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation • Technical project management in areas related to data security and Internet communications • Capture, analysis, and reporting of network hardware and bandwidth utilization as they relate to Internet communications. • Providing “Simply the Best Service” to all internal and external customers Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in a technically related area of study and/or experience, and: • 3-5 years experience with direct Checkpoint firewall administration and network administration. Experience with Checkpoint Provider-1, Secure Platform, Integrity, Edge and UTM-1 appliances. • 2-3 years of Cisco ASA, ISR/ASR, Catalyst, wireless implementation and administration • 3-5 years experience establishing, securing and maintaining business partner connectivity using Internet-based VPN and leased line communication methodologies. • 3-5 years experience with DNS, DHCP and Internet proxy administration and application content load balancing design and administration.
