Candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance to Central Office, and facilities regarding networks, system hardware and data flow requirements and system sizing, as needed. Requirements: * Knowledge of industry and customers data standards and architectures. * Ability to perform Business Systems Analysis, performing duties such as requirements gathering, process and data analysis, and documentation. * Ability to effectively diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex problems pertaining to data infrastructure. * Ability to project database resource requirements, including personnel, software, equipment, network overhead and facilities. Ability to maintain concurrence on tools, methodologies and technologies. * Ability to translate complex technical terminology, concepts and issues in terms understandable to technical and non-technical management and resources staff. * Candidate must have experience troubleshooting and resolving performance and interoperability problems between system and application components, as well as application configuration issues that are beyond the Operating System level. * Must have comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, network and systems engineering. * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to resolve problems in a professional manner, led work teams, negotiate and create consensus. * Senior technical skills in MS SQL Server 2008 administration, design and modeling. * Must have a good understanding of Networking and Protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, POP3, HL7) * Ability to successfully work with internal staff, vendors, regarding complex issues. Required Skills: * 6 years of experience in the IT Engineering, data infrastructure * 5 years of experience in developing change management control and procedures * Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application * Must have a good understanding of Networking and Protocols * 3 years of experience with MS SQL Server 2008 administration, design and modeling * Solid understanding of networking and Protocols-HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, POP3, HL7 * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
