A small handful of apps are customer facing. We have a lot of tools and run a pretty lean team, so somebody wont come in and work on just one product. Started doing MVC, with a little SharePoint stuff in the mix. Also have SSRS reports. They do a lot of integration work for WebServices, internally and externally. Differentiators o Projects with the same type of requirements, environments o Worked with Comcast previously or similar organization o People who are motivated "go getters" and willing to learn | Folks who are passionate about development. Have been doing Agile for three years. Historically they have done 2 week sprints with some month-long iterations. Mostly C# and smattering of VB.Net (older applications) There is one Oracle database C# is a big piece, but if they had a ton of OO experience, they may consider it. Dev--> Staging --> Production. Trying to get to one-click deployments. Dont know about Reflection and other advanced topics. Need to bring in their Product Manager (Raji) and possibly an architect to answer those questions. Salary range for CTH (3 month, no conversion): $78K annual, No H1 candidates $70 - $80 bill rate. They dont use B-line. So stuff can go through Jeremy directly. Need to move quickly.
