Able to perform risk analysis, validate requirements and specifications, establish testing priorities and scope: o Develop test plans o Evaluate, develop and validate test scenarios o Develop performance scenarios for testing o Validate requirement traceability and testing coverage Proficient in test reporting and metrics: o Test planning and coverage reporting o Test execution summary reporting o Defect management and reporting o Escalate quality issues for resolution o Testing status and project feedback o Archive testing assets in order to verify completion of testing Proficient in test management and testing tools. Preferably 2+ years working with HP ALM 11.x, Business Process Testing, Unified Functional Tester 11.x, and Performance Center 11.x. Strong team player.
