Job Description Developer: MS .NET Framework 4.5+, C#, ASP.NET, AjaxJavascript MVC .NET Security Develop

Description:

The Client needs contractor well versed with design and development with IDM product. DES has procured Optimal IDM(OIDM) for authorization security. DES has over 30 existing applications that need to be integrated with OIDM. SCUBI is a java based solution that is being developed an upgrade of the current mainframe based unemployment system. SCUBI is a 3 state consortium undertaking that an external vendor is developing. The new SCUBI system needs to communicate with DES security services for authentication. DES staff single sign on (SSO) needs to be developed. In order to avoid falling behind with the SCUBI Project schedule dictated by the Consortium, the State of North Carolinas Division of Employment Security (DES) seeks to procure one (1) contractor to fill a .NET security development specialist role.

* Experience in design/development of security layer for enterprise level .NET or Java Systems
* Experience developing oracle database schemas and programming
* Experienced in participation in the load testing of enterprise applications

* LINQ
* ORMs (Entity Framework or similar)
* Development of Restful Web Services
* Experience in developing SAML based authentication
* Experience implementing SSO
* Experience developing application security to integrate with an external IDM solution


Desired Skills:

* Prefer some design and development experience in Java based applications
