The primary functions of this position include processing requests and incident tickets related to SharePoint Systems and Web Content Publishing. Overall Position Description is provided below KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1. Significant knowledge, skills and experience supporting the design and deployment of enterprise- wide SharePoint implementations and customizations, including permissions, lists, libraries, workflows, wikis, social networking, and other platform offerings 2. Significant knowledge, skills and experience administering SharePoint including, a detailed understanding of farm topology, search and crawls, and other central administration tasks; supporting and deployment of 3. SharePoint related solutions (e.g. 3rd party web parts and applications). 4. Knowledge, skills and experience with the development and deployment of custom SharePoint Web Parts, SharePoint Workflows, SharePoint Applications, and lnfoPath Forms 5. Knowledge, skills, and experience with supporting and developing Workflows using Nintex, Power Apps, Power Automate and similar tools. 6. Knowledge, skills, and experience administering user security in the SharePoint environment including the use of SharePoint and Active Directory 7. Knowledge of Federation using Active Directory Federation Services 8. Understanding of SharePoint and Web Content Management development tools including: SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, JSP, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and HTML 9. Knowledge and skills with development using SharePoint templates 10. Expert knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office 365 11. Knowledge and skills using ITSM practices for Incident, Request and Change Management. 12. Experience using an ITSM tool for Incident, Request and Change Management processes. 13. Demonstrated knowledge and skills with web browsers and web-based search engines 14. Knowledge and skills in the project development life cycle process (i.e., planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, support) 15. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in requirements gathering 16. Knowledge and skills in testing methodology 17. Knowledge and skills in effective written communication, including reports, proposals, recommendations, requirements gathering, system documentation, and presentation materials 18.
