The primary responsibility for this position is product support and administration as well as solution engineering of multi-platform application systems. In addition, he/she will provide functional, technical and/or process leadership in helping cultural shift to implement and standardize DevOps practices. This position will require strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. The candidate will be expected to have broad understanding of tools to automate software delivery pipeline as well as strong scripting skills to automate infrastructure systems. Responsibilities: Evaluate, design and integration data applications that are NoSQL (MongoDB) base. Basic and Complex system administration including installs, configurations, patches, and troubleshooting in both production and non-production environments. Perform complex applications programming activities. Codes, tests, debugs. Drive automation of processes including monitoring, provisioning and testing. Tune databases and plan capacity. Monitor database events, troubleshoot faults and resolve problems Manage standard system processes and enhancements to system. Ensure that solution design adheres to good software design practices. Ensure adherence to defined Software Development Life cycle and Architecture strategy and intent. Provide functional, technical, and/or process leadership to implement DevOps practices. Work with business systems analysts, project managers, and customers to understand the scope of work, priorities, and requirements. Enforce company policies in areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management, compliance, and HR. Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs. Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved. Coordinate coding, testing, implementation and documentation of solution.
