Prepares contracts for OCIO. Acts as an advisor regarding specific OCIO contract terms, specifications, and regulations. Disseminates information regarding contract status and modifications with OCIO leadership. Interacts with vendors to negotiate contract terms and conditions on behalf of the OCIO. Prepares RFP, RFI, RFB, ITQ and other procurement documents. Required Skills: * Working knowledge of writing and editing contracts for IT goods and services on behalf of the Office of the CIO (OCIO) * Experience in Negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors. - IT Related contracts * Ability to work with OCIO managers and Department of Administrative Services Procurement to determine proper sourcing strategies for OCIO initiatives * Experience in Tracking contracts and coordinating contract extension, waiver, and/or close-out. - IT related projects * Working experience in championing contract policy and procedure revision and improvement, IT related contracts * Ensure contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation * Ability to complete assignments timely and submit weekly status reports indicating progress on assigned tasks, performance against project due date * Have the ability to identifiy and suggest resolution for issues having a potential to adversely impact performance and/or the project   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
