General Information/Assignment Scope: Project and Ideal candidate:The team is looking for an OCM resource to come in and lead a culture change of embracing robotics/automation. This person will help create messaging, research avenues and platforms in which to market automation thinking, etc. Currently, some employees fear embracing robotics/automation as the worry is it could replace their job; however, our goal is to demonstrate how automation will help our employees do mundane tasks so they can focus on more impactful and exciting work.Ideal candidate:Our ideal candidate will have already helped a large enterprise with this similar challenge, but robotics/automation OCM work is not required. However; anyone with this experience would rise above others. The team is open to other OCM professionals that have shown experience researching methods and transforming an enterprise culture based on similar technology transformations/challenges. Key Accountabilities* Proven experience in helping projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule, and budget objectives.* Must have experience in Change Management & Training.* Must be able to work on a wide range of projects including, but not limited to, implementations and upgrades, process re-design and improvement, organizational change, individual and team performance improvement and effectiveness.* Responsible for the creation and management of Change Management Plans and Programs.* Responsible for assessing change impacts of business solutions (which includes stakeholder assessment and complexity of the change) as well as responsible for creating communications, training programs, and knowledge management materials.Required and Preferred Skills and Experience* Experienced level, typically 5-7 years of experience.* Requires a strong understanding of discipline.* Able to apply knowledge and experience to complex problems and develop recommendations.* Makes decisions within broad parameters.* Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience.
