This resource is needed aprox. 6 months to work with the CD Branch (HIV prevention program) so that a new optical character recognition form can be developed and implemented at the SLPH. This person should be comfortable working with Teleform OPTICAL CHARACTER RECOGNITION (OCR) software, Microsoft SQL database software, LIMS software (laboratory information management system), SAS and secure web-based data collection. Resource will coordinate the data between multiple software applications and standardized communication protocols at the lab. This person would be expected to provide documentation and training for the CD Branch and SLPH staff so that the Branch would have internal capacity to make changes /problem solve once the contract period is over.
