Description: OIM Engineer: 3 - 5+ yrs. OIM administration/engineer experience, which include application installations, upgrades, and deployments Unix WebLogic – strongly preferred Plusses: Java, Apache Basic Qualifications: 7+ years experience in middleware environments which includes application installations, upgrades, and deployment. Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years technical background and 3-5 years directly related to Oracle WebLogic product offering 5 + years experience in with the following applications: J2EE Applications and middleware on primarily the Unix/Linux platform. Weblogic 9.x, 10.x and 11g, Apache Web Servers, Netegrity Siteminder. Production support experience in a critical environment. Ability to coordinate with multiple groups to resolve complex issues. Understanding of multi-tier environments. 2 + years direct experience supporting Oracle OIM/OIA suites of products, version 11g preferred. BI is a plus and SOA is a must have. Must be willing to partake in 24x7 on-call rotation Details : Strong Weblogic Application Server expertise in Installation, Configuration, Tuning, and Deploying applications. Experience with Weblogic Application Server 9.x, 10.x and 11g Prior experience with build, installation, and support of Oracle OIA/OIM products is a must Experience in configuring Weblogic Servers in a Cluster solution for High Availability, Load balancing and fail over support. Knowledge of Web Security tools- LDAP Server, SSL Certificates. Expert knowledge on distributed systems Expert experience in Jython and ANT scripting to automate and monitor routine tasks. Linux (Red Hat) and Windows experience. Good working knowledge of Monitoring Tools such as Splunk and HP OPENVIEW Experience in networking, TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS, DHCP. Experience with WebSphere MQ. Excellent communication, relationship building and client partnering skills required (must be able to be understood by others) Experience working in high-pressure, enterprise-class environment preferred Experience with web servers such as IPlanet, SunOne, Apache. Ability to troubleshoot and debug problems with web servers. Additional Preferred Skills : In addition to required skills above knowledge of following product is preferred: NDM ( Connect Direct), AutoSys, Apache Web Server, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sitescope. Oracle OIM experience is a huge plus. The ERMT-Access Management Solutions group provides development and support for the Enterprise Access Management Group and Enterprise Information Management Group. This Web Systems Engineer is responsible for all build, support, customization and configuration activities for the Identity and Access Management Program. The vendor product in which this work will be performed is the Oracle Identity and Governance suite which provides customers with a single comprehensive, platform for access request, provisioning, role lifecycle management, access certification, closed loop remediation and privileged account management. It is based primarily on a variety of Oracle products such as java, BPEL, WebLogic, and Oracle DB. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Access Management or Information Security, Oracle Identity products, BI, SOA, or integration of vendor products using configuration and customization.
