Participate in test plan development and execute defect resolution. - Participate in test plan development and execute defect resolution. - Thorough testing of all components for quality and consistency of technical requirements. - Participate in requirement and design reviews. Analyze business requirements and document all clarification where applicable. - Triage problem reports, and investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues following Westfield IT Service Management processes. In addition, estimate resolution of issues, enhancement request, and new report requests as input to prioritize processes. - Manage the day-to-day production support activity in the BI platform environment, including job monitoring,managing code deployments, facilitating stand-up meetings, coordinating support team members, and escalation of issues to leadership. - Participate in semi-annual Cognos platform upgrades by executing extensive regression testing, resolving defects, and working with IBM on any PMRs.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
