Responsibilities: • Installation, integration and deployment of the DevSecOpsME2 product in client environments. • Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both product and implementation appropriate for the situation. • Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation. • Lead client end user technical SME usage, mentorship, and adoption of Roadmap recommendations. • Lead client executives in GRC CoE operations and advocating on behalf of practitioners to remove blockers. • Coach Scrums in Agile-DevSecOps continuous delivery pipeline policy-based gating & overall implementation. • Provide guidance to those accountable that stories from all DevSecOps stages are created in the Product Backlog. • Govern sound decision making for adoption of out of the box configuration vs. customization as much as possible. Requirements: • 8+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. • 5+ years of critical path OOA&D SDLC experience, including architecture, design, CUT and level-3 triage. • 5+ years hands-on with: C#.NET, JEE, JavaScript, SQL and scripting JSON, Python, Perl, SSH, Groovy, etc. • 3+ years leading hybrid- and cloud-native enterprise software solutions delivery. • 3+ years of PaaS compute and persistence experience AWS, Azure, GCS, or PCF. • 3+ years of PLM automation and architecting DevOps toolchains with a diverse array of tools/platforms. • Familiarity with hands-on Business Process Modeling (any BPMN platform) process-capability mapping. • Monitoring Dashboards including infrastructure, application, services, system / event logs, event correlation AIOps. • Certified in TOGAF, SAFe, CSP-SM or CSP-PO & AWS or Azure with diverse DevOps Toolchain technologies. • Experienced with CI or CD product packaging, VoPC, containers and at least two containerization technologies. • Experienced in defining and governing software quality gates and policy-based gating criteria for pipelines. • Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML. • Experience setting up and operating products on both Windows and Linux platforms. • Experience with diversity of relational databases, ORM, data architecture, data lake, and eRecords Mgt. • Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners. • Experience with Project/Portfolio Management duties in context of Agile/SAFe. • Experience with SQA automation (usability, performance, FRT, NFRT, test scripts, test cases and test plans). • Familiar with Agile framework support tools like VersionOne, Rally, Jira, VSTS, etc. and various repos. • Broad experience with MVP and Agile engineering practices and large-scale application development. • Knowledge with Agile/SAFe engineering practices and techniques such as Design. • Lean Thinking, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Monitoring. • Knowledge and experienced with scaling Agile-DevOps methods, frameworks, and pipelines.
