OOAD PLSQL MVC Consultant (Jobs in Albany, NY)   Requirement id 131436 Job title Consultant Job location in Albany, NY Skills required Debug Problems, Java Application, OOAD, PLSQL MVC Open Date 19-Jan-2022 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 1 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Consultant: Debug Problems, Java Application, OOAD, PLSQL MVC Description: Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: • The Senior Programmer will be responsible for the design, testing, implementation, and deployment of web applications that collect, process and report out on controlled substance use. • She/he will be responsible for application development tasks including researching and documenting technical designs, programming solutions, writing, and executing unit test plans, researching, resolving, and testing defects, and customer technical support. • The Programmer will create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as documentation in code repositories and technical design documents and will lead the release management process including technical steps to promote, test and release through the development environment, coordinating with infrastructure staff. • The Programmer will collaborate with grant partners throughout the project, participating in joint application design session with other technical and program staff and contribute to grant reporting activities. • Specific tasks include: o Design and code from requirements and functional specifications o Analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement Java applications o Work with staff to ensure smooth and correct operations of any code or web services used by the application. o Produce technical and user documentation as requested o Any other tasks necessary for completion of project deliverables and application support o Provide technical solutions for large scalable designs o Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical personnel o Communicate with programmatic units to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Qualifications: • Creates computer software. May specialize in one area of computer software or may write code for many kinds of software. • 60 Months - Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education. • 72 months experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) in designing and implementing • 60 months experience in Oracle PL/SQL and developing procedures and packages • 48 months experience in using the Spring MVC framework and three of the five Spring components listed below: • Spring Batch • Spring Security • Spring Web Services • Spring Integration • Spring Boot • 24 months experience using JavaScript frameworks • 12 months experience building and maintaining responsive web applications for mobile devices. • 12 months experience developing Java web services (REST and SOAP)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
