This role will require: __ Technical Skills__ At least 5 years of IT Testing and/or test automation experience primarily using Ruby Demonstrated knowledge of testing processes, standards and best practices Test automation development experience Developing automation tests from acceptance test criteria requirements Understanding of one or more functional Object-Oriented programming languages including Ruby Knowledge of OOP design principles Knowledge of Acceptance Test Driven Development/Test Driven Development Experience creating Ruby test automation in an Agile/Lean development environment Identify and manage defects, secure fixes and re-run tests Cucumber/Gherkin or equivalent behavior driven development experience Collaboration /negotiation in a team environment Excellent communication and people interaction skills Leadership Skills: Experience organizing and managing test automation code assets Ability to track and report appropriate testing metrics to stakeholders Collaborate and coordinate with business partners throughout testing phases Coach and Uplift testing capability and best practices on the line Ability to create strategy around automated testing vs manual testing Understand and follow Agile/SCRUM practices (daily stand-ups, 3 Amigo, estimation, iteration planning, etc.) Adhere to enterprise processes such as Quality Center for defects   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
