Additionally, they will need to liaison with different LOBs and give input on data retention polices and how they affect the LOBs strategy and pending initiatives. Must Have Requirements Background and knowledge in data compliance regarding unstructured data retention and destruction best practices Unstructured data knowledge including familiarity and comfortable with multiple unstructured data storage systems using Windows OS Front-end database skills (including reporting, querying, and assisting users with accessing data) Back-end database skills (including load file conversion/import/export and querying, distributed processing system/parallel processing system knowledge, knowledge of SQL databases) Excellent Communication Skills ben Ability to communicate clearly and articulately to executive level and down regarding business processes and risks associated with Unstructured Data remediation Professional writing and communication - Will email, text chat, and voice/video call with groups and individuals Comfortable with asking questions - There will be a huge amount of information going around, and many different people who are the experts on it Willingness to politely push back against resistance - There may be resistance to taking ownership by all parties, but someone will need to accept it Nice to Have Requirements Experience working in a Financial Institution or other heavily regulated industry Project Management skills (no training needed, just ability to organize, track, and report on progress) Familiar with PCI Requirements Familiar with Data Loss Protection principles Coordinating Instructions   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
