In this role, the TSE will develop a working partnership to mitigate risks and troubleshoot to resolve technical issues for top TIER customers. The TSE will partner with the Technical Account Manager to effectively become a virtual part of their customers teams. The TSE will get engaged both proactively and reactively with the customer to address any leading Networks technology technical needs. Also provide escalation management for any technical issues encountered with their customers enterprise deployment, resulting in faster time to value. This role requires strong fault isolation and root cause analysis skills to diagnose and solve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers in a professional manner. Regularly updating customer cases to record the progress of calls in tracking systems and documenting technical solutions and product information in account-specific repositories. Work to reproduce customer issues and work with developers to resolve technical issues. Responsibilities: Provide designated technical support to customers and industry best practices Provide configuration review, troubleshooting and improved standard methodologies to top tier customers. Lead support cases, making sure to record, track, and resolve each issue efficiently and proactively. Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis, bug scrub for technical issues Collect and retain customer specific documentation in a secure location for ease of troubleshooting Willing to work flexible and varying shift times including weekends and evenings Requirements: Ability to work independently, as well as contributing as a team player Ability to independently to debug broad, complex, and unparalleled networks with mixed media and protocols required In-depth experience in routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP) Experience with security (IPSEC, SSL-VPN, NAT, GRE) Prior experience in similar vendor Technical Support Centers Experience with Authentication Protocols a plus (Radius / TACACS) Demonstrable basic knowledge with AWS and Microsoft Azure installation, configuration and administration of security features and services including identity and access management, service- related security features, networking, firewalls, encryption, and related best practices Experience deploying third-party networking and security services into VMware NSX for vSphere is a plus Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper (Netscreen), and Fortinet products a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences, and explain their impact on business Troubleshooting skill : Strong ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed media and protocols required Experience working with following technologies:[ Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols-LDAP, RADIUS, multi-factor authentication security system (tokens, certificates, CAC cards, and similar) Experience with Windows and MAC OS is a plus (Debugging, Editing Registries, Plist, etc.) Attention to details, fast learner and excellent communication skills.
