The purpose of this position is to provide On-Base support for the IT EBS Development team. The Enterprise Development team needs to support the enterprise ECM needs which include payroll, engineering and HR departments in regards to Document scanning, content management and search capabilities, and SAP integration, to name a few. Skillset Requirements: • Minimum of seven (7) years experience in Hyland OnBase support • Has performed an upgrade of the OnBase platform • Ideal candidate will have the following OnBase certifications; OCWA, OCSA, OCWV, and OnBase Certified API • Has experience or training in the use of OnBase APIs • Has supported Unity scripting • Has developed OnBase Workflow solutions • Has developed or supported OnBase WorkView solutions • Has experience with integration such as DIP, DrIP processes, and ArchiveLink with SAP • Has experience with development tools such as Java, C#, Microsoft Visual Studio, VBscript • Has a strong document scanning experience and background Tasks and work efforts to be performed. • Provide troubleshooting, defect resolution and testing in support of System Upgrades, including • SAP, Dynamics and OnBase (from an OnBase perspective) • Assist with and improve documentation relating to how to perform data refreshes in our development platform • Assist with and improve documentation relating to how to perform complete system refreshed ion our Quality Assurance and Sandbox environments • Act as backup to PTCs OnBase administrator • Research and document PTCs OnBase landscape/environment including interactions and interfaces and touchpoints with other systems (examples: SAP, MS Dynamics, Informatica) • Assist with the development of OnBase APIs needed for integration. • Participate in / design / configure/ build and in any other ways, work as a technical specialist in support of the 16113 Enterprise Vendor Portal Solution Project. • Participate in / design / configure/ build and in any other ways, work as a technical specialist in support of the Success Factors Project. • Participate in / design / configure/ build and in any other ways, work as a technical specialist in support of any new projects. • Update the Document Management System Upgrade roadmap for PTC to follow • Resolve OnBase related production problems as they arise during the duration of this engagement • Possess a knowledge of Work-View, Records Management, Archive Link, Email Integration, including Active Directory and Distribution Services • Possess a working knowledge of Scanning, Folders, Unity Forms development, and Mobile Deployment is a plus. • Assist with resolution of user requests as they come in • Communicate with other departments including IT groups such as the Security team, the Business Relationship group, and the Business Analysts • Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions to PTC IT staff as it relates to use of OnBase and integration points • Research and provide recommendations regarding PTCs current use of dedicated scanners vs potential use of multi-purpose shared devices • Develop a white-paper discussing industry best practices and key roles involved in PTCs support of OnBase • Develop or improve documentation on PTCs current OnBase related workflows • Provide reporting and Status Updates as required • Work on multiple projects/tasks at a time with a sense of urgency. • Improve and/or create any OnBase Administrator how-to documentation that the resource feels PTC should have in place   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
