The most qualified candidate will have: • Advanced level experience developing within the OnBase application. • Experience with the OnBase architecture. • Certified OnBase System Administrator and Architect. • Certified OnBase workflow developer. • Experience with coding standards and best practices. • Experience utilizing the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and following IT Best Practices • Experience following Waterfall or Iterative/Agile/Scrum Methodologies for completing projects from Initiation through Implementation and Maintenance. • Experience troubleshooting errors. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Collaborates with others and is a team player to ensure project success. For Environmental Management, the primary focus of this position will be to design, develop, test, implement and maintain the OnBase Application.This position will work at the direction of IT Supervisor and Project Manager. Tasks of this position include, but are not limited to: 1. Designing and developing customizations in the OnBase platform. 2. Maintaining existing customizations in the OnBase platform. 3. Troubleshooting issues in the OnBase platform. 4. Creating clear and up to date documentation, as requested, for the projects configuration and code base. Developer must follow DNR standards and procedures for management and versioning of source code, file management and change management processes. The developer must look out for security concerns or issues when developing applications and follow security related protocols.
